Kappa Data expands into France

With immediate effect, Kappa Data is acquiring French distributor Exer. This acquisition contributes to the ambitions to make Kappa Data a pan-European value-added distri.

Exer, based in Lille, has today a turnover of 30 million Euros, employs almost 30 people and has among others Extreme Networks, Stormshield and F-Secure as strong brands in its portfolio. The Exer name will remain and Michel Grunspan, CEO of Exer, will become a shareholder and member of the Kappa Data Group management board.
