Presales: are you a Kappa Data reseller, and would you like help with making a kit list or diagrams? Would you like some extra backup during a customer visit? Would you like support with tenders or a presenter for your customer events? You can rely on our presales team for all these tasks.
Support: Our support continues after the product is sold. The support team can assist you with installations, and you can contact them with your technical questions. The team also conducts site surveys for both Wi-Fi and Bluetooth.
This knowledge isn’t limited to the person from Kappa Data; we strive to ensure that every partner is totally capable of completing its projects autonomously. These technical staff are the same people responsible for organising the official and non-official training courses.
