Kappa Data was founded in 1998 by Patrick and Koert, out of a passion for the sector. Together with Chris Willems, co-owner since 2011, they now convey this passion to the entire team. All Kappa Data colleagues share a healthy drive. Together, we continually strive to achieve a higher goal, both internally and for our customers.
Team spirit is therefore extremely important at Kappa Data. Every day, you work together with your team, which is how you learn the most from each other. It’s a win-win situation for yourself, your team, the customer, and, of course, Kappa Data. We also have fun with our colleagues, who quickly become good friends. The work might be hard, but there’s also time for relaxation.
We’re also an ambitious company, and convey that ambition to all internal employees as much as possible. At Kappa Data, you can grow! Do you have a good idea?
