XMC goes End-of-Sale; upgrade now to XIQ-SE

Extreme Networks recently announced that Extreme Management Center (XMC) will go End-of-Sale on September 30, 2021.

Users of the management application should expect End-of-Software Maintenance on September 30, 2023 and End-of-Service Life on September 30, 2024.

Extreme Networks offers XMC users the ability to upgrade to ExtremeCloud IQ Site Engine without having to make changes to existing infrastructure. With XIQ-SE, the network is immediately future-ready and the benefits of SaaS, Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) are applied. XIQ-SE uses a subscription-based business model.
