It is headquartered in De Pinte, Belgium. There are also operational offices in the Netherlands (Utrecht), France (Lille) and Poland (Nowa Dęba). How do we deliver these solutions?
As a distributor, we offer manufacturers access to the local market and support them in positioning and actually selling the products and services. The common interest here, both qualitatively and quantitatively, is to achieve sales and margin targets.
The manufacturer and Kappa Data deliver the various solutions to end users in cooperation with partners. It is important for our partners to be supported with knowledge & expertise. In today’s project-oriented economy, this is essential; it is impractical to keep all the knowledge and skills up-to-date for a specific case or end user. And this again ties in with what we are good at advising, delivering and implementing solutions that are easy and safe to use.

What you will concretely do:
As Inside Sales, you will continuously take care of the commercial follow-up with our customers:
– Together with your colleagues, you will be responsible for further expanding the Dutch market. To this end, you will also actively call customers and map out their wishes and requirements. You will schedule appointments for the account manager.
– You support your colleague account manager in preparing, processing and attractively drawing up offers: thanks to your commercial efforts, you contribute to the success of Kappa Data Netherlands!
– You also monitor current contracts with our customers and provide them with new offers in a timely manner.
– You actively follow up completed offers and take the necessary actions to win the order.
– You handle incoming calls, ensure efficient processing of orders and assist customers with specific questions.

Who are we looking for?
– For this position, we are looking for an enthusiastic and commercial talent!
– You are communicative and quick to establish contacts with other people.
– You love customer contacts and are not afraid to pick up the phone.
– Dutch is your mother tongue and you have a very good knowledge of English, both oral and written.
– You already have several relevant kilometres on your clock.
– Building long-term customer relationships energises you.
– Your friends describe you as punctual, customer-oriented and professional.
– You have an interest in IT or are willing to learn more about it.
– You are eager to learn, driven and enthusiastic.
– You have excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
– You live in the Utrecht region
