In this role as Inside Sales in the Utrecht/Netherlands region, you will have the opportunity to be the first point of contact for our customers while actively contributing to the growth of Kappa Data in the Netherlands. You will join a close-knit team in an international, dynamic work environment where initiative and collaboration are key.

Kappa Data is an ambitious and independent Value Added Distributor specializing in Infrastructure, (Cyber) Security and Internet of Things. From our headquarters in De Pinte (Belgium) and with offices in the Netherlands (Utrecht), France and Poland, we are building on the further growth of our organization with around 100 colleagues every day.

Some of your responsibilities include:

TASKS

As Inside Sales you are the commercial engine behind our customer relations in the Netherlands. You actively contribute to market expansion and are responsible for:

• You proactively contact customers by phone and carefully map their needs.
• You plan strategic appointments for our Account Managers.
• You support your colleagues in drawing up and professionally preparing quotations.
• You actively follow up on quotations and ensure that orders are successfully won.
• You handle incoming phone calls and process orders efficiently.

PROFILE

We are looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious commercial talent that:

• You are communicatively strong and make contacts easily.
• You like to pick up the phone for customer contacts.
• You are fluent in Dutch and have a very good knowledge of English, both oral and written.
• Building long-term customer relationships gives you a lot of energy.
• You are accurate, customer focused and professional.
• You have an interest in IT (Cyber Security, IoT, Physical Networking) or are willing to learn more.
• You are eager to learn, driven and enthusiastic.
• You have organizational skills and are an excellent multitasker.
• Above all, you have AMBITION & DRIVE to help build our story!
