The class is fast-paced, based on fault scenarios, immersing students in situations that require real fault diagnosis and corrective actions. It provides students with the information and skills needed to solve common WLAN problems using ExtremeCloud IQ tools and network solutions.

This course is intended for networking professionals responsible for supporting and troubleshooting wireless LAN networks. It is an advanced-level course that builds on the student’s real-world work experience with ExtremeCloud™ IQ.
Prerequisites
This course builds on the knowledge gained in the “ExtremeWireless Cloud – Installation and Configuration” course. To be eligible for the certificate of this training course, you must first have obtained the certificate of the previous training course.
