End User Workshop – Extreme Cloud IQ
You will learn how to manage an Extreme CLoudIQ environment. This knowledge is reinforced by hands-on experience with networking equipment in a lab environment, where you perform real tasks.
Target audience
This course is designed for personnel responsible for managing a wireless network with ExtremeCloud™ IQ.

What will you learn?
Upon completion of this workshop, participants will have acquired the practical knowledge to:
– Knowledge of ExtremeCloud IQ
– Knowledge of ExtremeCloud™ IQ – Site Engine and Infinite enterprise
– Configure network policies and onboard devices
– Work with the common objects
– Create wireless networks and configure SSID authentication
– Manage APs and Switches on your network
– Manage users and clients on your network
– Using ML Insights to monitor your wireless network
– Identifying ExtremeCloud IQ Essentials applications
– Managing the general settings of your ExtremeCloud IQ account.
– Using the troubleshooting tools in ExtremeCloud IQ
– Working with the ExtremeCloud IQ API

Matts Koppen, Pre-sales Engineer at Kappa Data, is a certified trainer for Extreme Networks’ portfolio, among others. He will guide this workshop.
