The Certified Wireless Network Professional (CWNP®) program is the globally recognized industry standard for wireless network certification and training. Physical knowledge and applicable protocols and standards are the foundation. CWNP’ers don’t bet on the brand, they bet on the technology. Those who know this background know how to handle any related product.

CWNA is the basic certification for enterprise Wi-Fi. The strong foundation on which you can build further.
The CWNA course is the springboard to the subsequent in-depth modules: Security (CWSP), Design (CWDP), Analysis (CWAP) and Network Expert (CWNE). As the demand for WiFi grows, so will certified WiFi professionals.

CWNP Authorized Learning Center
Kappa Data has chosen to work closely with WiFi Wise, the reference education partner for all CWNP training and certification in wireless technology.

Conditions
Any IT professional can participate in the CWNA training course without any prior knowledge. However, we do recommend taking our one-day Wi-Fi Technology training course. It provides an excellent foundation for smoothly completing the CWNA training.

Objectives
This four-day CWNA training course prepares you to obtain the CWNA-108 certifcate. This requires you to take an exam at a Pearson Vue Testing Center and pass with 70% or higher. The CWNA certification remains valid for three years.

– Radio Frequency (RF) technology – 15% v/h exam
– WLAN rules and standards – 10% v/h exam
– WLAN protocols and devices – 20% v/h exam
– WLAN network architecture – 20% v/h exam
– WLAN network security – 10% v/h exam
– RF Validation – 10% of the exam
– WLAN troubleshooting – 15% v/h exam

Trainer
Raymond Hendrix – CWNE® #274
Raymond has over 15 years of experience with complex RF systems and regularly flies around the world to build temporary networks at major events. Raymond is a certified CWNT trainer and Ekahau instructor.

Evaluation
Evaluation is an ongoing process at Kappa Data, so during the training your feedback will be requested. At the end of the training, you will also receive a full survey to which you can add your feedback.

Price
2250 EUR per participant
The price includes study materials (book) and exam voucher.

Practical
Due to the Covid-19 measures, the CWNA training courses have been organized online only the past months. Although this is quite convenient for most people, it is still a distinct advantage to follow this training on location.

Please indicate your preference (online/on-site) when registering. If the majority of participants choose to follow the training on location, it will take place in the region of Eindhoven. Costs for possible overnight stays are not included.
